What we do — and what we don't
We repair punctures, fit new tyres (sold and fitted in pairs on the same axle), swap a flat 12V battery and mount a spare wheel, wherever your rental car or your own car happens to be parked around Dieppe. What we do not do is tow vehicles or work on the motorway itself — if you break down on the A29 or a fast dual carriageway, pull over safely first, then call 112 or use an orange emergency phone; once you're off that road, on a slip road exit, a rest area or a nearby street, we can come to you normally.
We come to the ferry terminal, the campsite or the hotel
You don't need to move the car anywhere. How fast can you reach the ferry port or my hotel in Dieppe?
It depends on your exact location and the time of day, but the workshop van usually reaches central Dieppe, the ferry terminal area and the seafront within about 45 minutes. You get a real estimate on the phone before anything is agreed.
Do you tow the car to a garage?
No. We repair the puncture or fit a replacement tyre directly where your car is parked — ferry terminal car park, hotel, campsite pitch, street parking along the seafront. The car is never towed and never leaves its parking spot until it can drive away on its own wheels.
I'm about to board the Newhaven ferry and I have a flat tyre — can you make it in time?
Call as early as possible and tell us the boarding deadline straight away. Most of the time we can repair or replace the tyre in Dieppe fast enough to reach the terminal, but if the timing is genuinely too tight we will tell you honestly on the phone rather than let you find out at the quay.
